Blankets for Babies Sewing Day

Join us on Saturday, March 20, from 9:30 - 3:00 (all day or just a part of the day) as we gather to sew blankets for the clinic in Langano, Ethiopia and for the Nurse/Family Partnership in New Castle. We need sewers, cutter, pressers, pinners, and people to tack the quilts. If you sew, bring your regular sewing machine, thread, extension cord and sewing supplies. Bring an extra light if you need one. There are jobs for everyone! Bring your own lunch, a munchie to share, and your own drink if you want something other than coffee, Crystal Light iced tea, or water. Our goal is 100 flannel receiving blankets for the Langano Clinic and 12-15 quilts or more for Nurse/Family Partnership.
