Please follow the link below to fill out the Church Health Assessment Questionnaire. The results will help our church leaders understand the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of worshipers and leaders in our congregation. This is an important step in our transitional process.
For any Covenant Partner who does not have email or a smart phone, a personal assistant will be available. Please stop in the Parlor after worship or contact the church office at 724.667.7045. The survey will be active through October 4.
